- In-game usernames and platform identifiers
- IP addresses for security and abuse prevention
- Gameplay statistics and playtime
- Moderation actions, bans and appeal history
- Server connection logs
- Discord identifiers when contacting staff
How it is used
- Detect cheating and malicious activity

Cookies and browser storage
Limited storage may be used for site functionality, interface preferences and sessions. YaMa does not use advertising cookies, third-party profiling or sell browsing data.
Storage and security
Data is held on secured systems with access limited to authorised administrators. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to prevent unauthorised access.
Retention
- Gameplay statistics may be retained while accounts remain active
- Moderation records may be retained for abuse prevention
- Operational logs are cleaned periodically
- Deletion requests remain subject to security and legal needs
Sharing
YaMa does not sell, rent or trade personal data. Information is used internally and disclosed externally only where lawfully required.
Your rights
UK GDPR
Subject to applicable exemptions, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of relevant data. Requests can be made through Discord and will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.
Age restriction
The service is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 must not use the service.
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to UK jurisdiction.
Terms of service
Acceptance
Using YaMa Servers UK constitutes acceptance of these terms, the current server rules, and future published updates. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
User conduct
- No cheating, exploitation or malicious activity
- Respect players and staff
- No harassment, hate speech or abuse
- No abuse of reports or appeals
Enforcement
YaMa may warn, mute, kick or ban users; reset abused statistics; remove exploited progression; and deny access where reasonably required to protect the service.
Availability
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Servers may be maintained, statistics may be reset after technical faults, and features may change.
Liability
Services are provided as-is. YaMa is not responsible for data loss, inaccurate statistics, third-party failures, or penalties resulting from rule violations to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
YaMa uses Plutonium, Discord and IW4MAdmin. Their availability, policies and account actions remain outside YaMa's control.
Intellectual property
Original YaMa branding, server configuration, content and software remain the property of their respective owner. Unauthorised redistribution or resale is prohibited.
